CFO: 

• Drive specific projects, for example
• Improve ERP functioning
• Take part in the exit strategy from X portfolio
• Ensure data availability and integrity
• Manage the VDD process

Profile:

• Experienced CFO with international exposure, preferably in similar geographic environments
• Very hands on with experience in small or mid-size companies
• Experience in PE context would be a plus
• Direct involvement in IT projects
• M&A experience
• Transparency, alignment with shareholder
• Fluent in English

Operations manager:

• Manage the full scope of operations with specific focus on
• Improving efficiency
• Managing horizontal interactions, for example between quality and production

Profile:

• Experienced Operations manager with international exposure, preferably in similar geographic environments
• Very hands on with experience in small or mid-size companies
• Experience in the meat sector is a must
• Experience in PE context
• Fluent in English
